1. omfang

Denne garantien gjelder for LED-skjermprodukter («Produkter») som er kjøpt directly from Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd («DOIT VISION») og fortsatt innenfor garantiperioden som er angitt for den bestillingen.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, grey-market channels, or third parties without DOIT VISION confirmation are ikke covered under this policy — except that we still provide free online technical guidance for DOIT VISION–manufactured hardware when we can identify the product.

2. Dekningsperiode

Standardgarantien er 2 år fra forsendelse unless the Proforma Invoice (PI) or the applicable product page states otherwise.

Utvalgte serier (for eksempel visse utleie- eller prosjektkonfigurasjoner) kan tilby lengre dekning – opptil 5 år når spesifisert skriftlig på PI-en, kontrakten eller produktdokumentasjonen.

Warranty start date is the shipment date on DOIT VISION shipping documents, unless the PI defines a different start (for example arrival or commissioning date for a named project).

Always check your PI. If the website and the PI disagree on warranty length, the PI controls.

Series-specific terms. Standard cover is 2 years on Matrix 500, Lite, Flex, COB Pro, COB Beta, COB Poster, MIP, Block, Brick, Square 960, Square 1000, FO, LED Film and LED posters. X-1000 carries 3 years. Holographic carries 1 year. Extended cover to 3 or 5 years is available on selected series — for example COB Poster at 5–10% additional cost — when stated on the PI.

3. Hva som dekkes

Subject to this policy, DOIT VISION will repair or replace Products (or defective parts) that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, when installed and operated according to the product manual and our written instructions.

Coverage typically includes LED modules/cabinets and DOIT VISION–supplied control hardware that form part of the original delivery, as listed on the packing list / PI.

4. Hva ugyldiggjør garantien/unntakene

Garantien dekker ikke skader eller feil forårsaket av:

1. Feil installasjon, misbruk, forsømmelse, misbruk, ulykke eller bruk i strid med bruksanvisningen
2. Strømstøt, feil strømforsyning, lynnedslag, brann, flom eller andre force majeure-hendelser
3. Repair, modification, or servicing by anyone other than DOIT VISION or a service party we authorize in writing
4. Tredjepartstilbehør som påvirker ytelse, sikkerhet eller pålitelighet
5. Normal aging — including gradual brightness loss and color shift consistent with LED technology over time — or lack of reasonable maintenance
6. Consumables and cabling unless expressly included in writing (connectors, network/fiber cables, power cords, signal cables, aviation plugs, and similar wire goods)
7. Kosmetiske problemer som ikke påvirker funksjonen
8. Utløpt garantiperiode

5. Hvordan kreve erstatning

6. Reparasjonslogistikk

Reparasjon ved retur til fabrikk

For bekreftede produksjonsfeil innenfor garantien:

• The customer typically bears freight, insurance, duties, and customs clearance for shipping the defective unit or parts til fabrikken
• Etter reparasjon eller utskifting, DOIT VISION-bjørner enveis outbound freight back to the customer (standard shipping method we select unless otherwise agreed)
• Tariffs and import formalities on the return leg remain the customer’s responsibility unless the PI states otherwise

Utskifting av deler

Where practical, we may ship spare modules or parts instead of requiring a full cabinet return. Spares ratios and standby parts for large projects should be agreed on the PI (commonly planned as a percentage of screen area).

7. Reservedeler og forbruksvarer

Warranty repair does not by itself create an obligation to stock local inventory. For touring rental fleets and large fixed installs, we recommend agreeing spare modules from the same LED bin / batch at order time.

Forbruksvarer oppført i avsnitt 4 er ekskludert med mindre produktinformasjonen eksplisitt inkluderer dem.

8. Teknisk støtte på nett

DOIT VISION provides free online technical support for products we manufacture — including configuration of common control systems we support, basic troubleshooting, and guidance on module replacement — whether or not the unit was purchased directly from us, when we can verify it is our product.

Support does not extend to unpaid on-site labor, third-party structure design, or content creation unless separately contracted.

9. Regional tjeneste (USA)

For prosjekter som trenger lokal koordinering i USA, kontakt vårt representasjonskontor i USA:

• DOIT VISION US representasjonskontor - /oss/
• Garantikrav starter fortsatt via e-post til info@doitvision.com so Shenzhen engineering and factory records stay aligned

The US office is a representative presence for coordination and field support pathways — not a separate manufacturer warranty issuer unless your PI names a different contracting entity.

10. Forhold til PI / kontrakt

This page is the general warranty policy for website readers. Your order may include project-specific warranty language, extended years, on-site clauses, or spare-parts commitments. If this page conflicts with your signed PI or sales contract, the signed document controls.

Unless your PI or sales contract states otherwise, warranty disputes related to Products supplied by Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China.
